No theatrical “strategy deck” if what you need is a buyer. No forced fire sale if the asset deserves patience. The job is to identify the highest-probability path, then execute.

Translate the asset into buyer language: strategic use cases, comps, risks, upside, economics, and the cleanest “why now?”
Identify and approach likely counterparties: end users, investors, operators, acquirers, partners, bulk buyers, or niche insiders.
Negotiate the path: premium sale, wholesale liquidation, staged release, JV structure, revenue share, brokered intro, or hold recommendation.
